Thermomix Rice Pudding - I really don't think you can find a simpler recipe that is so adaptable that every time you eat it you would literally be eating something new. I know every now and again it's something simple that you want for dessert, breakfast or just something at that 3.30pm hunger attack. So many possibilities for this one:

- Fresh fruit
- Stewed fruit
- Sliced bananas
- ThermoFun's Cherry Sauce
- ThermoFun's Mixed Berry Chia Jam
- ThermoFun's Lemon Curd
- ThermoFun's Lime & Ginger Curd
- ThermoFun's Passionfruit Curd
- ThermoFun's Monkey Jam
- ThermoFun's Berry Cherry Jam
- drizzled chocolate sauce
So many amazing flavours off one simple recipe. I would love to hear what you favourite thermomix rice pudding "topping" is.
Ingredients
- 200g arborio rice
- 1000g milk of choice
- 40g sugar (raw/rapadura/coconut)
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon ThermoFun Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Optional Flavourings:
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 lemon, zest only
- handful currants/sultanas
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (including any optional flavourings) in TM bowl and cook 30 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse / MC off placing simmering basket on top of TM lid to prevent spatter.

My 12 yr old daughters favourite rice pudding that she makes every week by herself....this recipe etched into her memory. She sometimes adds a tsp of your cherry berry jam. So warming and perfect for after school snack.
