Greek Prawn and Feta Pasta - Week 39, 2015

    Jump to recipe

This is one of my most favourite recipes.  A very impressive meal with dinner on the table in half an hour.  If you are not a fan of prawns you can sub with chopped chicken - just add the chicken in step 3 with the tomatoes.  Enjoy!

    5. Pour prawns and sauce onto the cooked drained pasta and mix.

Well my 13 yr old was a little skeptical when I said we were having prawns with pasta lol. But he loved it. It was delicious I did however instruct hubby to leave the lemon out cause the kids just don't like lemon lol! N yes I had a night off n hubby cooked this one. Thanks for another quick n easy dinner.

This is just lovely! Very quick and easy to make for a fancy looking meal. I used The Greek Dadoni Feta Cheese, which I found made the dish salty enough. We'll be fighting for lunch leftovers tomorrow.

I love the flavours in this dish, although I did need to add salt. Not sure if that is because I used chicken? The feta also left a film on the bowl, so next time I will add it at the end :-)
