This is a really yummy dip - particularly if you have a block of cream cheese open that needs to be used up. Serve with crackers or it goes well too with Mexican food.
Ingredients
- handful fresh basil
- handful fresh parsley
- 20g parmesan cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 small ripe Roma tomatoes
- 20g mayonnaise
- 5g lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place basil, parsley and parmesan into TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 8. Scrape down.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix 20 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and repeat.
- Refrigerate prior to serving to allow dip to thicken up.
