Ok so I really think I must be obsessed with taking photos of the ingredients on the containers of commercial dips in the supermarket and coming home and just ‘winging’ it to see if I can make it for a fraction of the price and having no additives or preservatives in it!
Ingredients
- 100g cashews, unsalted
- 1 small green capsicum, quartered
- 10g olive oil
- large handful fresh basil (approx. 10g)
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 30g mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 10g balsamic vinegar
- 1 spring onion, quartered
- ¼ teaspoon raw sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ThermoFun Thai Spice Blend
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- 1 chilli, deseeded (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and chop 1 sec / Turbo. Scrape down and repeat until desired consistency.
- Enjoy dip with crackers.
