With all that has been happening in our house, I think I've been dining on dips everyday for about 3 weeks! And it hasn't all been taste testing, it's been just because no one else wants to eat! NOW why didn't this happen when the kids were younger! So if you are eating alone or no one wants dinner then this Thermomix basil and sun-dried tomato dip is perfect!
Yes of course you can:
- Serve this up at the next BBQ,
- Take it on a picnic,
- Pop a small container in the kids lunches,
- Have it as a 'go to' on the table for the afternoon tea made rush!
Whatever way you have it, it's going to be delicious and will certainly be on the rotation for all occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- generous handful fresh basil
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 250g cream cheese, (room temp)
Instructions
- Place garlic, basil and sun-dried tomatoes into TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 8.
- Add cream cheese and mix 20 sec / speed 5.
- Scrape down and mix 5 sec / speed 5.
