This Thermomix dip recipe was inspired yet again, from a trip to the supermarket whilst browsing all the different types of commercial dips!  Yes I think I am addicted to dips!  I think it might be the fact that it is a chance to sit down with family and friends and enjoy life with a glass of wine.  :)

I really enjoyed this dip. I didn't have red capsicum but had roasted capsicum so used that instead and it worked beautifully.

THis dip is amazing, tastes just like the store bought version, if not better. I made this recently to take with us on a camping trip and everyone demolished it, very moreish and this recipe makes quite a big batch. IS going to our regulars file. Thankyou!

How long do the dips last once made?

Hi Coralie, The dips last approximately 5 days but you can also freeze them once made if you know you're not going to eat it all within that time.
