I so love the beautiful smell in my kitchen when I'm making this and I've made many batches for Christmas gifts! What a great excuse to make up a batch of scones in your Thermomix smothered in jam! Try the jam on pancakes, waffles, stirred through a cheesecake, in a tart, dolloped on top of a pavlova, as a ripple in a cake, on a scone or just on toast…. or maybe just on a spoon! 🙂
What will you be enjoying Strawberry & Cranberry Christmas Jam on this year :D

Ingredients
- 500g fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled, (halve if large)
- 150g dried cranberries
- 1 orange, zest and juice (approx. 80-100g juice)
- 400g sugar
- ⅓ teaspoon clove, ground
- ⅓ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 8.
- Remove MC and place simmering basket onto TM lid to prevent spatter and cook 25 mins / Varoma / speed 2.
- Using a cold saucer, spoon on a teaspoon of jam to check how it is setting. Run your finger through the jam to check consistency.
- If longer cooking is required, cook in increments of 5 mins / Varoma / speed 2, until you're happy with the set.
