I’m back! For another instalment of the let’s enjoy dips all day everyday! Here is a great thermomix asian coriander and parsley dip. Now for my coriander hating friends – there is really no escaping this one – you can’t sub for parsley as it’s already got parsley! So just give it a go 😀 I will convert you sooner or later!! 😀
In all seriousness though, this dip is amazing and will be great if you are entertaining this Easter. Oh wait don’t wait that long enjoy this weekend!
Pair this dip with either of these crackers for a delicious flavour explosion!
Whatever cracker you choose – you will have to fight everyone off for the last little bit – so I suggest having double the ingredients on hand for whenever the fights start to break out! 😉
