Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled
- 400g chickpeas, drained
- 20g olive oil
- 20g lemon juice
- 3 teaspoon ThermoFun Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place coriander and garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 8.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix 15 sec / speed 5.
- Scrape down and repeat to desired consistency.

The Asian spices in this dip make it absolutely delicious and very moreish. Serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables.
I want to test this on some pasta and chicken too, but at this stage it doesn't last long on the table!
