This is a lovely recipe, especially for toddlers and kids as it’s a great way to get vegetables into them!

Ingredients
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 2 teaspoon ThermoFun Moroccan Spice
- 20g olive oil
- 1 carrot, quartered
- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 capsicum, quartered
- 1 zucchini, quartered
- 20g TM vegetable stock concentrate
- 440g tin pineapple, crushed, undrained
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 500g good quality beef mince
Instructions
- Place onion, Moroccan spice and oil into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and sauté 5 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / MC off.
- Add carrot, apple, capsicum and zucchini and chop 4 sec / speed 6.
- Add stock, pineapple and vinegar.
- Place mince into simmering basket and insert basket into TM bowl. (If basket does not fit, cook mince in the Varoma)
- Cook 15 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Break up mince in simmering basket or Varoma with aid of spatula.
- Tip meat into sauce and cook 5 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Serve with rice or on toast.

Making this tonight after being away camping with scouts all long weekend. Didn't have pineapple but I had pineapple juice can't wait to try it smells delicious. Love how quick n easy it is.
