If you have tried the LCHF Cauliflower Cheese Bake then you will love this little twist! Thermomix Tuna Vegetable Cheese Bake! It is an amazing dish (yes EVEN I made it with broccoli and I loved it!!!! :D) The sauce is so versatile as you can sub the Tuna for Chicken as well - so that's like 3 meals for the week done! :)
Honestly, this is the kind of dish that you have when you just don't want to cook and you know everyone will clean their plates and not make any fuss!

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 20g olive oil
- 250g cream cheese, cubed
- 250g tasty cheese, shredded, divided
- 250g mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
- 100g cream
- pepper, to taste
- cauliflower and broccoli, cut into small florets
- 425g can tuna, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place garlic, onion and oil into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and sauté 5 mins / Varoma / speed 1.
- Add cream cheese, 200g tasty cheese, 200g mozzarella cheese, cream and pepper and mix 20 sec / speed 4.
- Place cauliflower and broccoli into a large rectangular baking dish and spread the flaked tuna evenly on top.
- Dollop and spread the cheese mixture on top of the tuna.
- Sprinkle the remaining tasty cheese and mozzarella on top and cover dish with foil.
- Bake 20 mins - 30 mins (depending on how soft you like your vegetables).
- Remove the foil and bake for a further 15 mins to brown the cheese.
Notes
Tuna can be substituted with cooked shredded chicken.
