This is such an easy, tasty and quick tuna pasta bake. My kids don't like olives so I didn't include them, but I'm sure they'd go really well. I converted this recipe from a very old Coles magazine.
Recipe tested in TM6 and updated 28th November, 2019 to suit all models.

Ingredients
- 50g mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 30g of parmesan cheese, cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 red chilli, deseeded
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 1 carrot, quartered
- 1 red or green capsicum, quartered
- 20g olive oil
- 2 x 400g can tomatoes, diced
- 50g water
- ¼ teaspoon paprika, sweet
- 250g penne pasta
- ½ cup pitted green olives (optional)
- 425g can tuna, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place parmesan and mozzarella into TM bowl and grate 10 sec / speed 9. Set aside.
- Place garlic and chilli into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 8.
- Add onion, carrot, capsicum and oil and chop 5 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and saute 5 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / MC off.
- Add tomatoes, water and paprika and cook 10 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Add pasta and cook 10 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Stir in half the grated cheese, olives, and tuna and mix 1 min / speed 2 / Reverse.
- Spread tuna mixture into a casserole dish or individual ramekins.
- Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top of tuna mixture and bake 10 mins or until golden brown.
