One of my favourite challenges I like to give myself is to try and replicate commercial store bought dips, sauces, pasta sauces etc.
A friend of mine brought to my place recently a jar of Spicy Bean Salsa made by a well-known brand. We all really enjoyed it, so of course I looked at the ingredients on the jar and thought surely I can guess the measurements and replicate this using my Thermomix! This is a very tasty dip, which can also be used within nachos too.
This dip was part of our ThermoFun Cook Along Game Night - I gave our participants some clues to guess the ingredients just by looking at the picture. Over 200 comments later - some quite funny guesses - we ended up with two winners - Congrats goes to Michelle & Rhiannon for guessing the 9 ingredients.
