I really love this particular spice blend – its blend of sweet and smoky spices is great in sausage rolls, burgers and rubbed over red meats before cooking.  You can use ground spices, or seeds/pods and mill them in the Thermomix.

I thought this would be too spicy for my children, but it was not. I made this twice during the March cook along - once in the sausage rolls and once in the lamb burger. This really is tasty without being overpowering. Thanks for another great recipe.
