
My family love this so much that they want me to cook it over and over! It makes a huge amount and would definitely serve at least 6. It is also a great recipe that freezes very well too for lunches or a night off when you don’t want to cook! Gotta love leftovers! :)
Ingredients
- 80g cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 10g olive oil
- 150g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 20g TM vegetable stock concentrate
- 200g thickened cream
- 50g white wine
- 50g water
- 800g chicken thighs, cubed
- 300g spiral pasta
- boiling water from kettle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a large casserole dish.
- Cook pasta in your ThermoServer Click Here for directions.
While your pasta is cooking, continue on to make your sauce. - Place cheese into TM bowl and grate 6 sec / speed 6. Set aside
- Place garlic, onion and oil into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5.
- Add mushrooms and sauté 5 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / MC off.
- Add stock, cream, wine, water, chicken and cook 15 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Pour into casserole dish the drained pasta and chicken and sauce and mix well with a spoon to combine.
- Top with grated cheese and bake in oven 10 mins.

looks yum, will have to make two - one with cubed potato for the non pasta eater and 1 with spiral pasta!
