Amanda says
Mine didn't set either, looked a bit like mush when I attempted to cut it up ?
thermofun says
hmmm I'm wondering if Amanda and Josh made their own condensed milk? I've had one fudge recipe fail if home made condensed milk is used and it works perfectly with the can! I'll be very keen to know if you did make your own.
Elizabeth says
My first time making this one and had to fight the family off lol. Some of it may survive for Christmas hampers. Great recipe, thanks Leonie.

I know I try to make it in hiding Elizabeth but it never works!

Androulla Papageorgiou says
Hi this recipe looks great. What are clinkers? Can I use a substitute as they don't sell them in the UK? Thank you.
thermofun says
Androulla Clinkers are made by Cadbury and they are chocolate covered candy. You could substitute Maltesers if you are able to get those. :)
