hmmm I'm wondering if Amanda and Josh made their own condensed milk? I've had one fudge recipe fail if home made condensed milk is used and it works perfectly with the can! I'll be very keen to know if you did make your own.

My first time making this one and had to fight the family off lol. Some of it may survive for Christmas hampers. Great recipe, thanks Leonie.

Hi this recipe looks great. What are clinkers? Can I use a substitute as they don't sell them in the UK? Thank you.

Androulla Clinkers are made by Cadbury and they are chocolate covered candy. You could substitute Maltesers if you are able to get those. :)
