    Jump to recipe

    ThermoFun Cookies and Cream Fudge

Please note that this recipe was updated on the 20th November, 2017

I found this recipe on the Thermomix Forum and made it a number of times.  It was so popular that I was always asked for the recipe.  As the recipe was not on the Thermomix Recipe Community it was always a little bit of a challenge for some to find.   So I contacted Robyn who had first put it on the Forum and I asked her permission for me to put it on the Recipe Community.   I hope you get to see this Robyn because everyone just loves your recipe and thank you for allowing me to share it.

Any chance this would work without glucose and caster sugar?

Hi Karla, to be honest I haven't tried without the glucose but I'd say it is needed. You could use raw sugar in place of caster sugar if that is what you are asking. Enjoy! :)

This is a favourite fudge at our house - whenever there is a "cake stall" at work I'm asked to make fudge and it soon disappears off the stall.... I love that you can change the combinations using the basic recipe. Thanks Leonie for another fantastic easy recipe. ?

This recipe is amazing and so adaptable. It's my go to fudge. I love surprising new people with it and making them think I am a legendary cook lol. I often get told I should open a fudge shop when I turn up with a selection of ThermoFun fudges. Your recipes are amazing Leonie. Thank you!

This is the best fudge recipe around - over the silly season I have done cookies and cream, mint slice and choc orange tim tams. Amazing has wowed every person I have given it to as gifts or on a sweets platter.

This is our go to basic fudge recipe that never let's us down. We change the Oreo and white choc to other ingredients to change flavour. Use it for gift giving at christmas.

This would have to be our favourite fudge. And it was so easy to make in the Thermomix! Warning though....cut into small pieces as very rich!

Isabelle to my knowledge it only comes in one size can which is 400g. I will amend the recipe ingredients to say 400g can. Thanks. :)
