Howdy partner! :) For those that don't know or can't remember, last year we did a little trip to America and we had a wonderful time eating through the amazing food spaces! So as you can imagine I had quite a list coming home of recipes I wanted to make at home. So this thermomix tex mex sauce is one of those! Many thanks to Tania for sharing this one with us! :)
A great LCHF/KETO recipe as well.
From one of the testing Funkies "A great spiced up flavoursome sauce to serve with BBQ or pan fried beef, lamb or chicken!"
So will you be getting your hat and boots on and giving this a crack - get it .... lol ... Oh perhaps I should go and enjoy a cocktail or two! ;)

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- ¼ onion, peeled
- small handful fresh chives
- small handful fresh parsley
- 200g butter, cubed
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
- 1 teaspoon ThermoFun Taco Seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place garlic, onion, chives and parsley into TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 6. Scrape down.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 mins / 80°C / speed 2.
