This recipe has always been made by our daughter Diana - WITHOUT - the Thermomix! Just before we moved interstate she asked me to help her make it in the Thermomix - so here is the thermomix chocolate brownie.
The recipe has been from one of her early primary school fundraising cookbooks and it's been a great go-to for when she has had to "bring a plate".
I think you will all enjoy it as much as we have over the years. I know I need to be shot, for not having converted it earlier! In my defence though I wasn't having to make it as Diana was always happy to! See ... that's why I never converted it! :D
6 ingredients is all this recipe has and it's probably one of the most simplest to make! The best part if you get the kids cooking it's a great one for them to make for you!

Hi
Will this recipe work if I use gluten-free plain flour?
Thank you

Hi Deanne, I don't see why it wouldn't work. I'd love to hear how it goes. Enjoy!
