Don't you hate it when you have left over sauce but you just don't know what to do with it? I didn't want the "usual" so this is what happened with the Teriyaki Sauce one afternoon. So I went with a new classic, thermomix teriyaki chicken noodles.
Oh My Gosh! I thought that the Teriyaki Pork Meatballs were amazing! But this Teriyaki Chicken Noodles is absolutely AMAZING!
You will all definitely have to give this a try! A new family favourite I think for many of my Funkies families.
A great simple mid week mad rush dinner! One that the family will be twisting and slurping up in no time! I suggest making double the Teriyaki, because you will be having this more and more - and between this Thermomix Teriyaki Chicken Noodles and the Pork Meatballs you are set!

Ingredients
- 1 batch ThermoFun Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 1 red chilli, deseeded
- 10g olive oil
- 500g chicken thighs, cut in large slices
- 1 medium red capsicum, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, sliced into half moons
- 1 zucchini sliced, sliced into half moons
- handful snow peas
- 1 pkt thin hokkien noodles (enough to serve 4, the type you add boiled water to and let sit for a short time, loosen up and drain)
Instructions
- Prepare ThermoFun Teriyaki Sauce and set aside.
No need to wash TM bowl. - Place garlic, onion, chilli and oil into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5.
- Scrape down and sauté 5mins / 100°C / speed 1 / MC off.
- Add chicken and teriyaki sauce and cook 5 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Place vegetables into Varoma and place assembled Varoma onto TM lid and cook 13 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / Reverse.
- While chicken and vegetables are cooking, prepare the noodles following the packet instructions, drain and set aside in ThermoServer.
- Once the chicken and vegetables have completed cooking, add them to the noodles and combine.

This dish will only feed 4 - because it is so delicious everyone will go back for seconds. Don't share among too many people...just saying!
The chicken is really tasty but I also tried it with beef (on special at Harris Farm) and it's really good. Cook for 15 mins when you add meat to sauce rather than 5 mins but everything else was to recipe.
Definite 5 star recipe on permanent rotation.
