This recipe was a hit with the 2015 Member Cook Along & I've had numerous requests to add it on the website for everyone to access as it's a hot family favourite!
If you love a quick easy meal that can have hidden "healthy" stuff then this is great recipe. If you like a pizza pocket style meal than this is the one.

What will you fill your stromboli with?

Ingredients
- 450g Bakers flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon dried yeast
- 30g olive oil
- 250g warm water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place all ingredients for dough in order into TM Bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 6.
- Knead 1 min / Interval (wheat symbol on TM).
- Place dough on baking paper and roll into a rectangular shape.
NB: to avoid dough sticking, lightly oil hands and dough. - Place favourite toppings of choice on dough, leaving a border around edges.
- Fold end and side borders in. Roll long edge completely over (180°) and then roll again (180°), leaving the flap face down on baking paper.
- Lift baking paper with the stromboli onto baking tray.
- Bake in oven approx. 18 mins.
- Be creative and have some ThermoFUN!
