In a matter of a minute you will have everything you need mixed together and frying in the pan or grilling on the BBQ.
If you need a lunch box idea then these are also great as little meatballs.

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- handful fresh coriander
- handful fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ThermoFun Moroccan Spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 500g beef or chicken mince
Instructions
- Place garlic, coriander and parsley into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 7.
- Set garlic and herbs aside into a big mixing bowl. Add mince and spices and combine with hands.
- Form into burgers and grill or pan fry.
