Low carbers here is a Christmas treat for you! This Thermomix Gooey Cheesy Warm Bacon Dip will have you rearranging your macros to have a double serving! For the rest of us that are not low carb it's a perfect dip to enjoy with some crunchy bread and/or corn chips.
Simple ingredients and simply put together to make something that is ssooooooooooooooo very tasty!

Oh and if you want to get creative you could also sub the Taco Seasoning for Cajun Spice and if you want to get fancy - sub or add chorizo with the cajun spice! :D
Recipe Inspired by Kitchen Meets Girl

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ThermoFun Taco Seasoning
- 6 short cut bacon rashers, diced
- 250g cheddar cheese, cubed
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 300g sour cream
To serve, bread slices, corn chips, crackers, or raw vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish.
- Make ThermoFun Taco Seasoning and set aside.
- Place bacon into frying pan and fry till crisp. Drain bacon on a piece of paper towel.
- Place cheddar cheese into TM bowl and grate 10 sec / speed 9.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, bacon (reserving a little for garnish), spring onions (reserving a little for garnish) and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning and mix 6 sec / speed 5.
- Spoon mixture into baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins, or until cheese is bubbling and hot.
- Garnish with remaining bacon and spring onion.
- Serve with bread slices, corn chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.
