I have a new ThermoFun Spice and Herb Blend to introduce. Isn’t it wonderful to make your own blends knowing exactly what’s in it? I started using the ThermoFun Ranch Blend with my very popular thermomix chicken enchilada recipe that I gave my ThermoFun members last year, also available in the 2017 e-cookbook.
Since then, I have discovered how versatile and delicious it is mixed in some yoghurt, sour cream or cream cheese as a simple but very tasty dip, sprinkled on top of potatoes and other vegetables when roasting in the oven, sprinkled on top of Herbie the Chook, shredded chicken or other steamed chicken cuts and fish. If you like bacon you will love it in my Bacon Ranch Dip too! Another way I’ll be trying soon is mixed into some mayo for a potato salad dressing. The list is endless!
I’d love to hear your favourite ways to use this Ranch Blend in the comments below. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
