This chai spice blend came about when one of my lovely members Tania shared a Chai Latte Cheesecake recipe with me. I have always enjoyed the chai blend so when this recipe came up I was all for making a blend that can be used for a number of recipes.
My ThermoFunkies were lucky to receive my Chai Latte Cheesecake for their weekly recipe a few weeks ago! It is an absolute must to make – a cheesecake that is steamed in the Varoma! Seriously, you will not be disappointed - it is AMAZING!

Ingredients
- 4 teaspoon cardamom, ground
- 4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 2 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- ½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
Instructions
- Place all spices into TM bowl. Place a piece of baking paper under the MC to prevent the spice dust escaping and mill 40 sec / speed 9.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Even though the spices are all ground, it is still better milled down as much as possible so it’s not gritty.
