    Banana Cake - KIDtastic Friday

    Jump to recipe

Thermomix Banana Cake - Yes it's taken me this long to do one!  Have you seen how many Thermomix Banana Cakes are out there?!  Each one has something a little different! This is my take on a recipe that I had been using for years.  Someone asked me for a Thermomix Banana Cake and I sent them to the Recipe Community but she came back and told me that none of them were what she wanted.  So I pulled out the trusty All Recipes recipe I had been using and converted it for her.

Now at least once a fortnight I get a picture and a thank you for converting.  It is cute though to see the kids with frosting all over their faces and big smiles!  :)

Made for kids Lunch boxes again this morning. Of course some slices were eaten before they got to their lunch boxes 😆
I prefer this recipe as it’s light and fluffy. I don’t add any frosting /icing but you could. Thanks 😊

I used 3 bananas. Great flavour and a wonderfully moist cake. The cream cheese icing was perfect. Will definitely be adding this to my favourite recipe list.

Best Banana Cake ever! I made 2 loaves lastnight as had a few ripe bananas to use up. After some warm samples right away, some for breakfast and taken to work and school for recess, only have a few slices left. Will be a regular, Thats for sure! The cream cheese frosting is awesome too! Thank you.
