YUM. These are delicious and so easy!! They are on a regular rotation at my place. I use a tbs of gf flour in place of the bread. Any leftovers make for lovely lunch the next day too. Thank you for creating such great recipe π
These were delicious. . Sauce a bit runny so used some cornflour to thicken a bit – maybe because I used home grown tomatoes instead of tinned. served over fettucine and zucchini noodles. The sauce would be great as a base for prawn sagenaki with fetta also.
