With the festive season happening we have been to so many BBQ’s that I was spending more and more time in the dip aisle of the local supermarket wondering what dip to take this time. So I’m standing there thinking to myself – I have all these ingredients at home why can’t I just make it in the Thermomix?!
It felt like an epiphany and I was in dreamland of all the dips I love, at the thought of them being made at home within minutes! So I bought my very last dip that day – well I didn’t have enough time to make something as we were already running late!
I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do.

Inspired from a store bought dip.
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 65g parmesan cheese, cubed.
- 120g cashews, unsalted
- 60g rocket
- 10g basil fresh
- 30g white vinegar
- 50g olive oil
- 1 red chilli deseeded
- juice of half lemon
- Thai Seasoning spice jar - generous sprinkle
- Place all ingredients in TM bowl and chop 1 sec / Turbo.
- Scrape down and repeat.
- Enjoy dip with crackers!
I have also added Kale to it - combination of basil, rocket, and kale I did successfully up to 100g in total. If mix is too try just add more oil.
