This Thermomix pasta recipe was actually inspired from a Moroccan spice mix that I had seen. It all sounded so exotic and delicious that I just had to give it a go!
The family loved it and was a refreshing no meat dish too! If you want to add some meat you could add some diced chicken or some shredded chicken – (recipe for shredded chicken here – Shredded Chicken) otherwise the dish is just beautiful on its own. Leftovers would be perfect for lunches too!
This recipe inspired and converted to be made in the thermomix from ‘delicious’ book.
