
This is a very yummy smoothie with protein rich ingredients that will give you lots of energy to start your day. A fabulous filling snack for kids too!
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas frozen and cut into pieces
- 150g ice cubes
- 220g almond coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 140g Greek yoghurt
- 80g peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey or to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the TM and blend 30 sec / speed 9.
- Serve over ice in two glasses.
