It is Thirsty Thursday again - the fourth Thursday of the month where I share with you a yummy drink recipe! I thought as we now have Christmas and New Year celebrations behind us that I should give you a non-alcoholic recipe! :)
If you live 'down under' make sure you try this while mangoes are still in season. It's so creamy and a meal in itself. Sometimes I use cinnamon for a change from the cardamom.
Ingredients
- 300g mango, flesh only
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 150g milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 150g ice cubes
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom, plus extra to serve
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and blend 1 min / speed 10.
- Check for sweetness, add more honey if required.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a little ground cardamom.
