If you love seafood as much as I do you know a good tartare sauce is a must! This thermomix tartare sauce has the right balance of flavours and tartness (that is a word isn't it?!) I think having a thermomix really makes us more aware of fake flavours in food wouldn't you agree?

Another way to help clean up the bowl after making mayonnaise is to make some tartare sauce.

Ingredients
- 250g mayonnaise
- 1 gherkin
- 2 spring onions, quartered
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- handful fresh parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce eg tabasco
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix 15 sec / speed 9.
