    ThermoFun Tartare Sauce

    If you love seafood as much as I do you know a good tartare sauce is a must!  This thermomix tartare sauce has the right balance of flavours and tartness (that is a word isn't it?!) I think having a thermomix really makes us more aware of fake flavours in food wouldn't you agree?

    If you're looking for a great recipe to pair this up - quick 4 minute prawns to the rescue!

    Thermomix Tartare Sauce

    Another way to help clean up the bowl after making mayonnaise is to make some tartare sauce.

    I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do when we have our delicious seafood dinners.

    Thermomix Tartare Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 250g mayonnaise
    • 1 gherkin
    • 2 spring onions, quartered
    • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
    • handful fresh parsley
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
    • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce eg tabasco

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix 15 sec / speed 9.
