This seafood sauce I made simply came about from not having any in my fridge!! So I jumped onto the internet and many sites recommended a very basic recipe of mixing mayo and tomato sauce and a few drops of tabasco! Too easy! Especially with a thermomix and having homemade mayo and homemade tomato sauce – not a preservative or additive in sight!!
This recipe was first published in July 2014 with my 4 minute quick prawn recipe.
Thermomix Seafood Sauce - ThermoFun
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon ThermoFun Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ThermoFun Tomato Sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste - few drops
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 5.

How long does this seafood sauce keep? I assume that is in a fridge?

Hi Wendy, mayo lasts up to 3 weeks in the fridge so I would say that this would too. Enjoy! :)
