    ThermoFun - Cadbury Top Deck Chocolate Slice Recipe

    I saw this recipe on taste.com.au and it sounded really good!  I mean it has chocolate in it.... of course it's going to be good - right?!  :)

    Thermomix – Cadbury Top Deck Chocolate Slice

    Thermomix – Cadbury Top Deck Chocolate Slice

    Ingredients

    • 220g Cadbury Top Deck Chocolate block
    • 130g self raising flour
    • 50g brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoon cocoa
    • 30g shredded coconut
    • 400g condensed milk

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan forced.
    2. Line a square cake tin with baking paper.
    3. Place chocolate into TM bowl (broken into pieces) and chop 5 sec / speed 10.
    4. Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and repeat.
    5. Pour into prepared tin.
    6. Be quick as it is very sticky! When you have removed most of it place bowl back onto TM and blitz 3 sec / speed 10 to get more off the blades.
    7. Bake in oven for 20 mins.
    8. When cool cut and dust with icing sugar.

      I was hoping to use up the left over Easter Eggs (I got a bit egggcited with the grandchildren) in the Top Deck Brownies, do you agree, and if so, will I be able to freeze them?

      how much is 1 serving of Cond milk if I was to use it from a tin?

      I made this as a treat when visiting friends. OMGoodness! It was a huge hit as it's really naughty delicious! It took a total of 30 mins from start to finishing cutting up, so quick and easy.
