Not much in the fridge but carrots? This is a really lovely refreshing salad that compliments any meal.
Ingredients
- 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 4 carrots, quartered
- 25g fresh parsley
- juice of one lemon
- 40g olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 8.
- Place carrot and parsley into TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 5.
- Add lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and mix 5 sec / speed 5 / Reverse.
- Refrigerate prior to serving.
