How often have you gone to convert recipes only to be stymied by cups, tablespoons and wondered how many grams is that?!
Be stymied no more! 🙂
Introducing the Thermofun Cup to Gram Measurements Chart to those pesky weights and measures to avoid you having to get your measuring cups and tablespoons dirty! (I know, I know this really is such a first world problem!) 😉
Please be aware that I have “rounded” off a lot of them to the nearest 5 grams. Really, in the scheme of things, a few grams here or there doesn’t matter, however, the exceptions would be yeast and salt.
Below are two printable charts for your use. I have printed mine and have stuck them to the inside of my pantry door for quick reference. 🙂 The other conversions area I have left blank. Please note these are Australian tablespoons and cups
