Sometimes we get half way through cooking and realise that the herb/spice we thought we had plenty of, is all of a sudden empty!
Below is a printable guide of substitutes in case that ever should happen in your house. I have printed mine and have stuck it to the inside of my pantry door for quick reference. :)
If you have any other substitutes please feel free to add in the comments below. :)
I also have printed out and stuck to the inside of my pantry door, my Thermomix Frequently Used Reference Tips Click Here
I hope both of these are helpful for you. :)

Substitutes need to come closer to flavour to be able to substitute in a recipe and a few of your subs are not accurate.
Cumin cannot be substituted freely with Chilli Powder, especially as Cumin is used in desserts as well... A more appropriate substitute for Cumin is Cardamom or ground coriander seed.
A more appropriate substitute Tumeric is a combination of ginger (which is a relative of tumeric) and the saffron to get the colour
If the Ginger is for a savoury dish and comour doesnt matter, then tumeric is a better substitute than the current list
White pepper is a better substitute for chilli flakes as black pepper is lighter in heat
Tarragon should be replaced with coriander or parsley or bay leaf not fennel/anise based flavours
