    ThermoFun - Baby Spinach with Cashew & Parmesan Dip Recipe

    Thermofun spinach dip

    A dip that doesn't take you to drive to the shops - stand in the aisle for 5 minutes deciding on what to buy, then drive back home again all before your guests turn up!

    With all the ingredients readily available and "whipped up" in under 3 minutes - who says your Thermomix doesn't save you money!  AND give you more time with family & friends!  :)

    ThermoFun – Baby Spinach with Cashew & Parmesan Dip

    Ingredients

    • 100g baby spinach
    • 100g cashews, unsalted
    • 40g olive oil
    • 60g parmesan cheese, cubed
    • 20g white vinegar
    • 10g lemon juice
    • 1 red chilli, deseeded
    • ½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and chop 1 sec / Turbo.
    2. Scrape down and repeat to desired consistency.
    3. Enjoy dip with crackers!
