I'm a wine drinker and dip eater from way back - so when I see a dip recipe I am usually straight onto it and trying to create it 1. cheaper and 2. faster than going to the shop (which means I would have to leave my wine glass and we know how important it is with drink spiking not to leave our glasses unattended!) ;)
So this thermomix Spiced Moroccan Carrot Dip is just the right amount of spice for you to enjoy a glass of wine on a Friday/Saturday afternoon or even as a quick 3.30'itis at work or even as a filling in a chicken breast. :)
See I'm thinking outside the box of having to only enjoy this dip with a glass of wine! I did say it would work well with a glass didn't I?! ;)
In all seriousness if you're entertaining make this one a priority and you'll have everyone wanting your recipe - which you will then direct them to becoming a ThermoFunky! :D
This dip is great to prepare when you are using the oven for something else at the same time, so you have the oven on for more than just roasting 3-4 carrots. :)
