Oreos, chocolate, cream, nuts and fresh strawberries - can life possibly get any better than this?! Yes it can - by not having to even bake this scrumptious decadent dessert!
Strawberries are just a suggestion, you can replace with any other fruits you have on hand, mango, raspberries or any other fruits you enjoy and eventually add fruits only before serving to make sure they keep ok. You can also simply decorate with some Oreo biscuits, nuts, colourful smarties and so on.
This was inspired by a recipe on home cooking adventure and made in the Thermomix.

Love this recipe. Can it be made well ahead of time and put in freezer?. Thankyou so much
thermofun says
Annabelle I haven't frozen this but I think it would freeze ok. It could be worth making one to test it out and freeze a small amount. I'd love to hear how it goes.

This is a super quick and easy recipe...but so decadent and impressive. I’ve used lots of raspberries on top and it really is good with the dark chocolate richness.
thermofun says
Thank you Tania. I've just bought some raspberries especially to make this tomorrow for Christmas. It will be a lovely change from strawberries.

I was wondering if you have any suggestions as a substitute for the nut layer? I have a chold with a nut allergy.
Thanks.
thermofun says
Hi Cath, I think I would just leave the nut layer out. Enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe. It was super easy and quick to make. It's very very rich, a tiny piece is plenty. I used a mixture of raspberries and strawberries for the top. I'll definitely make it again.

Glad you enjoyed it Allison - yes a small piece does go along way :)
