I have a husband with strange tastes who is not keen on prawns but I love the sound of this dish. Do you think chicken or fish would work and when would I add it? thanks
thermofun says
Hi Jo, yes it works beautifully with pork, chicken or fish. Method 8 onwards explains how to do it with chicken and pork. Enjoy! :)
