    Leek, Chickpea & Chorizo Soup - Week 31, 2016

    Jump to recipe

Tis still the season for soup and from what I hear most of the country is going to be blanketed in cold weather in the coming week, perfect time to indulge in this - Thermomix Leek, Chickpea & Chorizo Soup.  Simple ingredients, but the chorizo just adds that little bit of spice and extra flavour that has the soup going to another level!

If you need more soup inspiration for the impending cold weather here are a some other great recipes: ThermoFun Soups

I would have to say for ease of Thermomix use, soups has to be the hands down winner!  What do you think? I really enjoy just throwing everything in the bowl and walking away to come back to a beep to tell me it's time to eat, eat, eat!  :D

But I think the best part about soup - it never seems to "fill you up" so you get to indulge in a little dessert - What will you be having?  Oh okay here is some inspiration - Desserts!

Inspired from a recipe I saw on Taste.com.au.

This is one of my favourite soups even though I have to omit the chorizo.
