Thermomix Hawaiian Lava Cocktail

That's it, the year is over.  So let's join together and celebrate with this sensational cocktail!  Let's all take a trip to Hawaii!  Pull out the blow up palm trees, the fold up plastic lounges, the amazingly good looking bartender and server... maybe I'm getting carried away now with wishful thinking!  This Thermomix Hawaiian lava cocktail is super delicious and refreshing and could lead to some terrible trouble!

THANK YOU for everything and everyone this year!  It has been an absolutely amazing time and I so look forward to seeing you all next year!  And yes even those that have been in the naughty corner since January 1st! ;)

Ingredients

• 140g strawberries
• 60g white rum
• 60g Malibu rum
• 1 banana, halved
• 90g coconut cream
• 90g pineapple juice
• 160g ice cubes

Instructions

1. Place strawberries and two rums into TM bowl and mix 10 sec / speed 7.
2. Divide between two tall glasses so they are only half filled.
   No need to wash TM bowl.
3. Place banana, coconut cream, juice and ice into TM bowl and mix
   30 sec / speed 9.
4. Slowly pour this on the strawberry layer and watch how they start to blend and swirl.... like lava.
5. Serve with a strawberry or pineapple wedge on the rim and enjoy!
