My 8 year old is on this now, so we are trying all sorts of ideas, he is loving the above as well as baked beans on taco shells, roast pork n gravy with veg, risotto (excluding any foods that aren't allowed), fruit ice creams in the thermo (without the egg white) jelly, chocolate slice (replacing the recipe with gluten free options) fruit kebabs, tinned fruit, pumpkin soup. These seem to be the winners so far we found some bread at our local organic store but his not real keen on it, it's a pumpkin and rice bread.
