    ThermoFun - Layered Fruity Dream Ice Cream Cake Ideas

    Fruity Dream Ice Cream Cake

    I love my Layered Fruity Dream Ice Cream Cake and I have a document in my ThermoFun Club that lists over 30 different flavour combinations that have been tried and tested by our ThermoFun Facebook Members.  Here is a collection of those combinations in picture form :)

    Sarah has used:

    • Pink Layer = watermelon + lime
    • Orange Layer = orange + passionfruit
    • Yellow Layer = pineapple + apricot
    • White 'icing' = grapes + apple
    • She also used 30g coconut sugar instead of the raw sugar.

    Jacquie has used:

    • Bottom layer = blueberry
    • Middle layer = raspberry
    • Top layer = mixed berries

    Melissa has used:

    Grapefruit, peach, strawberry, banana & kiwi, with a chocolate top.

    • Bottom Layer = peaches
    • Middle Layer = strawberry
    • Top Layer = mango

      can fresh fruit be used for this recipe instead of frozen?

        No Denice the fruit needs to be frozen to make fruity dream.
