This is a very yummy dip with the tabasco giving the cream cheese a lovely 'kick'. It makes a great spread on a sandwich or served as finger food in small vol au vents.
Ingredients
- small bunch of chives
- small bunch of dill
- small bunch of parsley
- 415g can salmon, drained
- 150g cream cheese (room temp)
- 20g lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chives, dill and parsley in TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 9.
- Add salmon and cream cheese and mix 30 sec / speed 5.
- Add lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper and mix 10 sec / speed 5.
