This dip goes really well with pita bread which I put in the oven for 5 mins.
Ingredients
- 60g parmesan cheese, cubed
- 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained
- 20g olive oil
- 40g lemon juice
Instructions
- Place cheese and garlic in TM bowl and grate 3 sec / speed 8.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and repeat until desired consistency is achieved.
