This is really yummy dessert for a summers night while mangos are still in season! If you are making this for children you can leave out the Malibu! :)
Ingredients
- 100g white chocolate melts
- 35g water
- 225g vanilla yoghurt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 mango, peeled and deseeded
- 60g Malibu
- 60g honey roasted macadamia/cashew nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Place chocolate in TM bowl and grate 10 sec / speed 9.
- Add water and heat 4 min / 50°C / speed 2.
- Add yoghurt, vanilla, mango and Malibu and mix 30 sec / speed 6.
- Pour into ice cube containers and place in freezer.
- Once frozen, immediately prior to serving, place ice cubes and nuts in TM bowl and chop 15 sec / speed 8.
- Serve in small glasses or bowls.
