Lisa has made my Layered Fruity Dream Ice Cream Cake recipe and put it in plastic containers for freezing and eating later as 'single serves'.
The containers that Lisa has used are from CastAway and hold 120ml.
Another idea that popped up with sorbet or Fruity Dream was a shot glass filled with Fruity Dream, then pop an ice block stick in and freeze. Once frozen pop out and the kids have Fruity Dream Ice Creams. :)
Anusha says: I bought plastic shot cups from the local reject shop ($2 for 20) and put my sorbet or fruity dream in them with a pop stick. Place on a tray and freeze till set. Remove from cups and store in bags. They are a great size for kids - I call them sorbet pops and they were great for our playgroup party for 30 kids. (This picture shows I had a little helper so the stick was a little off :) )
If you have a way to have your Fruity Dream Ice Cream share with us and we can add it to the post.

Just wondering Leonie, if I want to make the single serves above, what amended quantities would I use instead of those in the cake recipe?
thermofun says
oh Lana that's tricky to answer - as it really would depend on how many single serves you want and what size they are. It really would be a matter of guess work and trial and error!
