Yes I really am obsessed with copying commercial dips by taking a photo in the shop of the ingredients on the container and coming home and "winging it" by guessing the quantities and making it in a couple of seconds in my thermomix! So easy and soooo much cheaper than buying them! :)
I've lost count now of how many I have done - must be getting close to 15 though! I'm soon going to run out of commercial dips to replicate!!
Make sure you check out the other well known commercial dips that I have done. :)

Hi, I was wondering how long would this dip (and others) last in the fridge roughly?
Thanks

Rubina I tend to work on about 5 days for dips in the fridge. All of my dips that I have tried to freeze (which is most of them!) have frozen successfully. :)

Okay, I'll bite! This is gorgeous and looks SO YUM!!! I too love to replicate commercial dips in my Thermomix, the savings are ah-mazing, as is the taste. I just can't believe how much money some people spend on these. Aren't we the lucky ones ;-)

Thanks Helene - yes we sure are very fortunate. :)
